I've PR-ed 4.4.1 (for foss/2023b) in https://github.com/easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs/pull/20898 And there is R-bundle-Bioconductor 3.19 in https://github.com/easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs/pull/20913 to go on top of this.
