BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION:
The incumbent is responsible as a programmer in creating new in-house programs and/or applications running under Microsoft Windows Operating System, and other necessary middle-ware program or interfaces to produce static or dynamic web-pages. Developing and updating existing computer programs to suit the changing needs of the office. Supporting day-to-day programming needs in the office and/or digitalization project. The incumbent provides training relevant to the program/application created to the other staff and provides minimal system support in the absence of other IT staff.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
NOTE: All applicants must address each selection criterion detailed below with specific and comprehensive information supporting each item.
- A University degree in computer science with emphasis on commercial software is required.
- At least three (3) years of experience in application programming, web-page design, HTML, Internet/Intranet is required.
- Level IV (fluency) in speaking, reading, writing (English and Bahasa Indonesia) is required.
- Must be knowledgeable of commercial software, such as MS-Office, MS-Visio, MS-Visual Basic with database MS-Access and MS-SQL server, MS-Outlook, Adobe Photoshop, ACDSee, Macromedia Dreamweaver, and MS-Interdev.
- Must understand basic networking protocols and concepts. Must be familiar with Microsoft Windows 98/NT/2000/XP, and must be knowledgeable of Digital Image and Scanning Technology. 6. Must have ability to perform logic operation, flowcharting, coding and program documentation, testing, and collaborate with other staff members in program design and coding.
SELECTION PROCESS
When equally qualified, Eligible Family Members (EFMs) and U.S. Veterans will be given preference. Therefore, it is essential that the candidate address the required qualifications above in the application.
ADDITIONAL SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Management will consider nepotism/conflict of interest, budget, and residency status in determining successful candidacy.
- Current employees serving a probationary period are not eligible to apply.
- Currently employed US citizen EFMs who hold a FMA appointment are ineligible to apply for advertised positions within the first 90 calendar days of their employment.
- Currently employed NORs hired under a Personal Series Agreement (PSA) are ineligible to apply for advertised positions within 90 calendar days of their employment, unless currently hired into a position with a When Actually Employed (WAE) work schedule.
