You can change your source lists in order to point to a "sarge"
repository to install "munin" package if you want. It seems like
munin-server uses Apache to hold the web application.

There you have two options: 

1. Install and configure munin web app on the given apache-perl changing
the template configuration for apache-perl on
' /usr/share/ebox/stubs/apache.mas'.

2. Install apache2 and configure munin web app on there. No problem
about this option.

Regarding to munin-client, I think there is no problem.

Anyway, take into account if eBox is the munin-client or server, the
firewall rules must be set up correctly to allow connections between
them.
