Ok,

The webinterface runs again, the fileserver runs ..... but the windows network is unable to trace my ebox.

I had a network drive mapped to a users directory of ebox but I am unable to reastablish the connection.

reaching the files through ssh (winscp) is also not working.

In the 0.097 version i could open ssh in the firewall I can't see this option in the 0.11 version

anybody any clue ? what I can do ?

thanks in advance

Luc

Thanks Javier,

this worked:
# iptables -I INPUT -p tcp --destination-port 443 -j ACCEPT

# ifconfig eth0 192.168.100.30

did not help

The configuration seemed ok however, through the interface after login mmmmm....

Anyhow I am happy again, I am hooking it up again to my windows network

Thanks

Hi Luc,

Log into the machine and execute

# ifconfig eth0 192.168.100.30

After that try to access from the network connected to eBox to https://192.168.100.30

I'm assuming eth0 is an interface which is NOT marked as external.

In case you have messed something up with the external interfaces you can manually enable access in the firewall to the web interface by executing:

# iptables -I INPUT -p tcp --destination-port 443 -j ACCEPT

Once you have logged in through the web interface, restore your configuration and save changes.
