DEAR SIRS! i need an urgnet help!!!

i had the 0.9 version
i was thought to update to 0.11 version.
unfortunetly ,i was type wrong commands and now my system get shocked!!!

What i do ?

i was type apt-get update

and then apt-get install "^ebox-*"

:((( all that from remote!!! i was scared if my client data was erased but i
confirmed that the data was ok.
so now when the systems starts up , the network card it wasn't load , i have to
type it manual ifconfig eth0 up
and i have to /etc/initi.d/ebox firewall disabled to play my ebox!
i can access the web admin if i manual start the apache-perl daemon. . a lot of
stuffs it does not play normal..something about %object stuffs is missing ..
and such other it was not play normal.
if i go to system version i can see that now i have 0.11 version :)))))) but of
course i will return it back if was not able to fix it!
i have a recent full backup of system , but my question is , what method should
i use to fix it ? it's better to return it back from ebox web restoration mode
? or should i type some command in console ?

what exaclty the full backup restore does? it will restore the old version ebox
too ??? what exaclty the configuration restore does? what files it return back ?

my other question is have to do with vpn.

i have install the openvpn in my pc ..
i want to connect to my ebox remotely through vpn..what is the steps?

i have create the vpn server in ebox and set it to 1194 tcp port with at least
one certificate.

in my laptop.ovpn file i have this options

remote ip 1194
proto tcp

ca
cert
key

comp-lzo
verb 3
mute 20
resolv-retry infinite
nobind
client
dev tap
persist-key
persist-tun

BUT how the heck i will use the ca , cert and key options ? should i generate
it in my laptop and then upload it my ebox ? or i have to download it from ebox
ca menu ?and if yes , how exactly i will put in my config file ?
