Given that many systems will be used for file-sharing or PDC I see a
need for backup of all users and groups fileshares - even better if it
could be directed to media such as external disk or networked drive.
If you have the config backup and such a backup then a "total restore"
would be "only" re-installing, restore config and restore user files.
