Hi Sinclair,
  we have a command line tool to restore backups. You can use it to
bypass the web interface or to do special restores like restore only
given modules from a backup file.
The tool is located at /usr/share/ebox/ebox-restore-backup

If you want to restore only the user files you can use the following
syntax:
usr/share/ebox/ebox-restore-backup --data-restore --module samba
ARCHIVE_FILE
