Please help. I have just set up Ebox 0.12 using the ISO from the website. My setup uses software RAID1. I have done the complete install now and configured all the gateways, etc. I also enabled PDC and roaming profiles. When I started with adding users and groups, I ran into major problems and do not know what to do. Any help will be appreciated. I created my first user (there was no groups added yet) and then I got this error: group name Domain Admins does not exist. An internal error related to a template has occurred. This is a bug, relevant information can be found in the logs. I then went to add the group Domain Admins and tried to add another user, which then gave me this error: group name Administrators does not exist. I did the same and added that group too (Administrators) and added another user which gave me this error: An internal error related to a template has occurred. This is a bug, relevant information can be found in the logs. If I want to edit that user I got the same error. I then realised that if I remove the user from both those groups then I can actually edit the user without any problems. But now, I cannot add a user to any of the two groups (Administrators or Domain Admins) when I make use of the Add User interface. I have to add the user without a group and then I can only do the other settings. If I try making a user part of a group like Administrators, then my problem is back and I cannot unless I add the user to both Administrators and Domain Admins. OK, so now I can edit the user and give him admin rights, etc. I tried to join my first PC to the domain and it asks me for the username and password which I enter but then I get the error (from a Windows XP box) telling me the following: The following error occurred attempting to join the domain "sebra.co.za": The user name could not be found I tried another user on a new group with admin right and the same thing. This tells me that Ebox is not adding the user or something. I know it tells me that I must look in the logs, but maybe one of you can tell me in which log to look at as the logs I have in Ebox does not show anything or I am looking at the wrong logs. Mt question is, why does this happen as I have numerous Ebox servers running and this is the first time I see this. Please give me some help urgently as I need to launch this server in 2 days.
