Hello! Yes, that's the idea: connect your PC's to
an echoServer, and you can then establish VNC connections to
them by using their echoServer "login names".
If your PC's are having trouble connecting, they
may be behind a firewall that only allows connections to
"well known" ports. For these PC's, I'd suggest running
your echoServer on TCP 443, rather than TCP 1328.
