        Good idea! I assume...you tested this out, and confirmed it
works? That is -- as you probably know -- when InstantVNC runs it
creates a TMP folder in the current directory, and extracts itself
into it. If, after it's running, you place zip32.dll and unzip32.dll
into that folder, does directory transfer work?
