Just posting my reply to the mailing list: Scott, I have tested this between several machines, even a Vista box, and it works great. Between machines on a LAN, and across the Internet.
Place the two dlls in the same folder where instantvnc.exe is extracted (into the TMP folder), and directory transfer works.
