Great! Thanks!

Now my only wish is that it was possible to save the EchoVNC files - just
like normal VNC files. Couldn't that be done Scott?

Not sure about item 1, but I saw the same thing that you saw for item 2...
At the bottom of the opening viewer panel, uncheck 'start new each time'...

That fixed it for me.

Cheers,

Steve

Subject: [Echovnc-users] Vedr.: EchoVNC 2.10 released

Hello!

I've just tried the new version. I've downloaded the "EchoVNC-2.10
a-Setup.exe" from echogent.com - I guess it's the same as the
"EchoVNC-2.10-Setup.exe" on the FTP.

I've having 2 problems with it:
1. The trayicon doesn't disappear in the system tray even though it's set
to disabled in the admin properties.
2. The EchoServer settings in the VNC viewer isn't saved when I exit the
program. So everytime I have to use the viewer I need to enter the
echoserver information again.

I'm wondering if this could be an issue with my computer? However, it
worked fine when running the EchoVNC 2.0.

Is it working for anyone else?

Jimmy

                                       [Echovnc-users] EchoVNC 2.10
                                       released

Hello! The official release of EchoVNC 2.10 is now available:

http://www.echogent.com/download_echovnc.htm

This version includes all of the Viewer repairs of 2.02, and
includes new server repairs and enhancements:

* Modified EchoVNC so that it will run alongside other VNC
services, rather than instead of them
* EchoVNC now uses the Mirage Driver, rather than the Mirror
   Driver of [EMAIL PROTECTED]
* The EchoVNC server can now optionally log all sessions to
a Shockwave movie file, for perfect "Black Box Logging"
* Includes a Startup Wizard, to assist with initial installation
* The EchoVNC Viewer can now send a "Reboot Server" command
* Various other minor repairs

Any feedback or suggestions for improvement are appreciated!

cheers,
Scott
