Jimmy: Hello! At the bottom of the EchoVNC Viewer (ver. 2.10), there should be a "Save" and "Restore" buttons for doing exactly what you want. Just select "Autofill startup options from this file" at the bottom, and use the buttons to save your current settings, or load new ones...
