I am having a problem using instant vnc.

The instant vnc also asks verify you have entered the correct echoserver ip/dns
address.
This is a school that is part of a larger intranet.
Are the firewalls etc defeating me ?? instant vnc works ok for me usuallly no
problem at all.
Any help would be appreciated.
