I think dabusb module is loaded.
So you'll do that :
1) boot wihout modem (unplug it before booting)
2) as root, type: /usr/local/bin/remove_dabusb
3) plug your modem (if power on immediately without running startmodem, then reboot again).
The modem should not power on before running startmodem.

it's working now :D
The problem was that my PID in eciconf.sh was 00001, but when I execute probe_device.sh, it is 8000. So I changed in eciconf.sh the values of PID to 8000, and now I am surfing in Linux :D
