Many thanks Gilles, verbose is already checked, no LCP are showed, when 
i click on connect i see directly "... pppd Modem hangup ..."

I have try from console with /etc/rc.d/rc.eciadsl stop/cleanup/start, 
the modem get the synch but it is not connected.

Could i try to make my synch.bin from windows?
