Hi Matthew,
This looks incredibly good. Just to add my 2 cents to the discussion. I
think we should use one libary stack. We already decided more or less to
use EMF as our base for modelling the the workbench (right?) so an
implementation of declarative UI based upon some EMF-Model is my
favorite (I don't know if any such thing is around though already).
David mentionned our XSWT and EXSWT[1,2,3] implementation, this is
naturally also a possibility but to keep the technologies down to a
minimum as said I like to have something EMF based because it would
integrate so nicely in the modelled workbench (by the way my prototype
already holds an EMF based CSS-Style-Like EMF implementation although I
have no CSS-Parser and don't support all the inheritance, ... stuff we
all know from CSS).
