EMF for the declarative UI makes sense. Not sure if I see its as needed for the CSS portion since we're likely to get a CSS framework already cooked and our only job then is to map to SWT calls. As I recall, that's what Matt's EclipseCon presentation did. But in any case this is a good discussion to have in the call.
