If you're reading this, chances are you do.

Well, its not for lack of effort on the part of the EclipseME developers
that EclipseME lacks a pre-processor feature. It is actually blocked by
lack of support from Eclipse core itself, and so far its been difficult
to reach an agreement on how to make the required changes.

YOU can help. Please, show your appreciation for this great free tool,
and goto the official enhancement request (register if neded) and VOTE
and/or comment for the issue!

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=116143

By voting, you will help yourself and the team, and also demonstrate to
the larger Eclipse community that JavaME users are a significant
stakeholder in Eclipse whose needs must be addressed in future versions.
