Hello Craig, i managed to run the emulator by manually picking the deployed JAD in the Motorola Launchpad. This works fine. Wait, i have an idea...
Ha! And now i found out, what the problem with running the emulator out of eclipse by using the JAD-File is, that motorola's toolkit cannot handle pathnames with "file:"-prefixes. I manually removed the file: prefix, ignoring the warnings from eclipseme. That WORKS. Maybe i can try to create a patch... So: Motorola's Toolkit only works with the "JAD URL" option, if you do NOT enter a file: prefix! I cannot understand motorola, just as you described. But thats a problem that many companies have - the management does not recognize the benefits of open-source. They are afraid of giving "top-secret knowledge" to the outside world ;-) Regards, Markus Craig Setera schrieb: > Markus, > > I'm not sure what to tell you on this one.
