My entire company switched to Java5 quite some time ago as our
development environment.  Nobody has any interest in moving to Java6
though.

Moving folks to Europa will be a bit more painful, but I found the
transition to be pretty effortless.  They can always continue using
1.6.8 if they really don't want to upgrade.
