I just tested 1.7.7 and it seems to be doing the right thing in regards to the preprocessor. It appears that this has to do with a configuration with both EclipseME and the Antenna plugin. I'm not sure I'm going to be able to help much on this one. The only preprocessing changes in EclipseME 1.7.7 were to update to a latest snapshot of code from the Antenna CVS. I only include the preprocessor in the EclipseME plugin rather than the full Antenna binaries.
