Hello there,

i found out an interesting thing: both eclipseME and Antenna compress
PNG-files in output JARs with negative benefits. You can see that easyly:

# unzip -lv deployed/File.jar
    307 Defl:N 310 -1% 01-18-08 07:41 1ca3bb39 en.png
     33 Defl:N 35 -6% 01-18-08 07:41 944f5ec5
profile/phone/emulator.ini

These are only two examples, where the compress rate is negative. The
program "zip" does NOT compress such files but adds them uncompressed.

I think this is a bug in the Jar-Utility (my version is Java 1.5.0_06)
and therefore not in responsibility of Antenna/EclipseME. AND i did not
try on windows.

We developed a workaround by dezipping all contents (that have a
negative compress-rate) and put them back into the jar as stored files
without compression.

The benefit of this should be, that it does save (only a little) space
and decompression time on the device.

If someone has more information about this problem, i would like to hear
about it!

Greetings,
Markus
