As a workaround I commented out the following section in my config.ini:
# For EclipseME preprocessor support
#osgi.framework.extensions=eclipseme.core.hooks
I haven't yet verified whether this disables anything but the preprocessor
support, but at least I seem to be able to launch Eclipse again and build
and run my app.
