Running the swank server in a thread works fine on Linux (with latest
ECL and latest Slime), but there is a problem on Windows (I use
Windows 7 and ECL compiled with MSVC 2010):

Evaluating a simple "(/ 1 0)" and selecting "1: [Abort]" doesn't
return to the Slime REPL on Windows (it hangs).

Please see the attached file for starting Swank in a thread, so you
can try for yourself.
Any help/suggestion appreciated.

Thanks,

Paul
