Sorry for the delay, but this one was very tricky to nail down -- besides
the fact that my windows debugging environment is not optimal.

The problem was with LISTEN. On Windows sockets it was broken and returned
true when it shouldn't.

Slime now works for me on the Windows box (MSVC port).
