Note: the low-level permission "Write" is not supposed to give Read access to
documents. That's on purpose, and is how the permission system is designed.
This is because there are use cases where you want Write but not Read.
On the other hand there is a "ReadWrite" permission that groups Read & Write,
and which is probably what should be used by the UI when an admin gives writing
permisison to someone, as at a high level they expect to also read when they
can write.
