Layout system does not always expose useful variables to the el context :
- it is not possible to reference the document (value given in the layout tag)
from a sub widget
- widget instance exposed is not always the current widget, and in a list of
lists, sub widgets are all refered as "sub widgets"
- the variable mapper is not reinitialized after exposing variables in a row or
sub widgets loops.
