Resolution: Fixed
widget instances now have a level, and are exposed as widget_0, widget_1, using
their level in the hierarchy.
widget still refers to the current widget.
subWidget variables are still here for compatibility but deprecated.
the layout value is now exposed as 'layoutValue', the variable 'value' keeps on
being updated as the current value in the widget context.
the variable mapper is reinitialized after exposing variables in a row or sub
widgets loops.
