Export document with no last version

A regular document is about to be exported and we need to know the last version
(if any) to set the metadata on document. The document manager obtains the last
version and it tries to read it as document model: JCR session fails to find
any node corresponding to this version. Metadata are not exported, the import
won't be able to import it.
The export tool should consider there is no version registered and set the
metadata accordingly.
