Don't deploy OpenSocial in a separate WAR in the Jetty Package

The OpenSocial-server component does contrib to org.nuxeo.runtime.server and
constructs a war in NXRuntime's home on activation. This was needed when the
jetty package did not preprocess bundles.
Now this is not necessary anymore, moreover it leads to errors in the log at
startup (Guice injector is deployed serveral times).
The solution is to remove the org.nuxeo.runtim.server contrib and the war
construction at activation.
