NuxeoCtl.exe always shows port 8080 even when it's changed

When the server is started by NuxeoCtl.exe, it says "Nuxeo is now accessible at
http://ipaddress:8080";
- the port should adapt to the real HTTP listening port (now configurable with
nuxeo.server.http.port)
- the context path (/nuxeo/) should be shown
- it would be nice it this was a clickable link
