the are multiple problems:
1. Studio use runtime.started in extensions.xml - but FRAMEWORK_STARTED
listeners are executed before => vcs is already initialized => the studio type
is ignored.
This may be a problem also for studio generated projects
2. add in deployment-fragment.xml of studio generated projects require "all".
