After server restart at the end of the Setup wizard, no logs are displayed in

When the server is restarted automatically at the end of the Setup Wizard, the 
control panel doesn't detect it and so no logs are displayed on the control 
panel.

Workaround is to restart the control panel (using nuxeoctl gui). Then the info 
displayed in the control panel are correct.
