Clicking on the target document of a relation doesn't display the document

When you added a relation on a case or a case item, you can click on the target
document of the relation. But it fails to display the document: it displays the
mailbox content only.
If user doesn't have access to the mailbox (and so to the document), it
displays "Referenced document not visible". Is that normal?
