The generated exe from IzPack installer is not working under Windows 7

After extraction, it fails with message "Unable to access jarfile
nuxeo-dm-5.4.2-tomcat-izpack-installer.jar".
Install from jar works fine and exe seems to work under XP.
Process activity:
Executable path: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\javaw.exe
Current dir: C:\Windows\
Command line: "C:\Windows\System32\javaw.exe" -jar
"nuxeo-dm-5.4.2-tomcat-izpack-installer.jar"
The jar file is actually located there:
C:\Users\nuxeo\AppData\Local\Temp\7zSDA38.tmp\target
