Add a "Case Item" feature

The Case Item feature should still have the label "Documents", but some
configuration parameters are not available:
* Category
* Default view
* Accepted children
* Container types lists all the contributed Case types
* List of facets should be :
Document is versionable
Downlaodable
Document can be commented
HasRelatedText
