- define a new feature type for case items, and related: creation page, editor
and builder
- builder should add the necessary configuration not shown to the user (facets,
views...)
+ do not make it possible for case items to be declared as Folderish as
distribution will not be done as expected on children (filter parent types by
avoiding folderish types + remove the folderish facet from configurable facets)
