We need to cleanup names and methods exposed throw service/handler and adapter.
publishPublically => restrictToSocialWorkspace
publishPrivatly => makePublic
Now use document adapter instead handler to expose extra features for
SocialDocument
Centralize into a Helper all static methods around social collaboration =>
SocialCollaborationHelper
Cleanup unit test to better expose features in it.
