This is already the case but the app does not reflect changes made on JSFView
widgets. Changes that occur to the main facelet region fragment are taken into
account though.
OK, now I remember ...
I experimented with that once. The idea is to set a modified date in the
future on the theme's own URL to make the facelets engine believe that
the theme has been modified.
I'm going to add that option to enable debugging, probably on the
<application> extension.
