ok good.

No need to bother with Java6 right now because we are not going to
support it straight away anyway.

OK, is there is roadmap for what upgrades are planned? seam, jdk, jboss, ...?
does the official roadmap still stand?

Obviously not, since we had to make somes changes to accommodate the reality principle ;)

But we're going to post a new roadmap RSN, next Monday or Tuesday, after a meeting we're going to conduct on Monday.

Your ideas and feedback on the roadmap is of course something that we will take into consideration when setting the definitive plan.

Here is what I can say for now:

- We're planning a 3 month dev cycle, with 4 two-weeks iterations and then 1 month stabilization. Hence 5.1 will be released early to mid May. We're going to be much stricter wrt that schedule.

- There will probably be a 5.0.1 release (and more 5.0.x releases if needed) if people find bugs in the 5.0.0 or if new translations are contributed (your help is very welcome!).

- Tasks for the upcoming milestones (5.1.m1 - 5.1.m4, 5.1.rc...) will be managed in the Jira (http://jira.nuxeo.org/browse/NXP). (NB: obviously the current roadmap will be reshuffled after next Monday's meeting).

BTW: if people in the community would like to help, I can come up with a list of tasks and features that are not necessarily mandatory for our current customers, but would be nice to have for the platform. Or please volunteer if you'd like to help on some points. We could also organise "bug days" or "cleanup days" like we did in the old time.
