I am really new to the area of Document Mgmt so please excuse my
ignorance.
My client is using a commercial DocMgmt system and I am wondering if it
might
be possible to move away from it and towards nuxeo. One issue is that they
have
many, many documents in the other system. They would all have to be moved
over.
I am thinking of some sort of a bulk loading scheme.
This might involve writing a bit of code to extract all the docs from the
existing system, something that is quite do-able since there is an API we
can use.
But then nuxeo would have to provide a bulk loader, I think...
Has anyone done anything like this before?
