I solved my issue and have the application working well. I did not realize
that I needed to create a set of databases in MySQL, first. To me the database
was MySQL not nuxeo, etc. I thought those would initialize along with the
table definitions. The placeful service was the only database I could not
point to MySQL, so I left it local. I received logging errors and flakey
behavior when I tried to point it to MySQL. The application is performing well
for testing.
