Yes. All the table names used by Nuxeo are different from one another,
so all of them can live in peace together in the same database.
If you look at the PostgreSQL examples in:
http://hg.nuxeo.org/nuxeo/nuxeo-platform/file/5.1/nuxeo-platform-ear/postgresql-setup/datasources/
or the Oracle examples in:
http://hg.nuxeo.org/nuxeo/nuxeo-platform/file/5.1/nuxeo-platform-ear/oracle-setup/datasources/
you'll see the use a single database.

That's what we advise actually, it simplifies management on the SQL
side.
