Are you in production or is there any developer around playng with your data? I had problems like this by stopping the debugger during a publish sequence. Well I need to know in which context you work. The time line "it works fine before" is not enough... Anyway when I see "jcr" in your log an other idea came to my head : where are your persistent data strored? have you many documents? Is this one the only one that show this message? Are the data on the same server as the client trying to access them... Sorry I don't know the exact answer right now and hop to help you focus on what was wrong.
