Hi,
I think you forgot to contribute to extension point 'schema' of service
TypeService. You should have something like this :
<extension target="org.nuxeo.ecm.core.schema.TypeService" point="schema">
<schema name="advertisement" src="schemas/advertisement.xsd" prefix="adv"/>
</extension>
