We have upgraded yesterday our maven artifacts manager (at
http://maven.nuxeo.org/), maybe the indexes weren't up-to-date.
Could you please try again ?
If it doesn't work, could you paste the output (especially the part with
the list of remote servers looked at) ?

I tried version 5.2.0. It is actually 5.2.1-SNAPSHOT. When I tried to run ant patch, I cannot download metro.webservices:webservices-rt:jar:1.4 from any repository.

Any idea? Is it the pom repository setting problem?
