First of all, your ports 4444, 4445, 8083, 1098 are already in use and they 
are needed for the application to run.

Second, your database has a lock activated by another application.

See who is using the ports and who locks the database. If no other application 
is locking the database you can try to delete C:\NuxeoEP5\NuxeoServer\server
\default\data\hypersonic\localDB.lck and then start jboss.
