Yes, to change jboss configuration just edit this file
/jboss/server/default/deploy/jbossweb-tomcat55.sar/server.xml
with the desired values and restart jboss.
P.S.: Note that this is applicable for jboss 4.0.5-GA (the version needed to
run Nuxeo 5.1)
