This is not something that Nuxeo can do in general.
For the extension points that Nuxeo controls, and for the
default-repository-ds.xml containing info that we ultimately parse, the Nuxeo
code could be modified to do your special lookup on password fields.
However for some things like JBoss datasources, this is out of our control.
JBoss reads and processes the datasources itself.
